1. Take clear photos
The first step to get our free appraisal is to expose the products to be sold to natural light and a neutral background using a latest-generation smartphone. It is necessary to frame the product from all sides and photograph any internal labels and serial codes.
2. Mention the flaws
It is inevitable that a second hand item will have some small imperfections. *Omitting defects such as stains, odors or discoloration, could cause delays in payment and a correction of the initial agreed valuation price.
3. Include the necessary information
Please indicate the dimensions of the item and whether you have all the original accessories of the item being valued: dust bag, box, purchase invoice, straps, locks or other. This could positively affect the final value of the product.
4. If you accept the evaluation
Once you accept our evaluation we will communicate to you every step necessary for the shipment of the item. Pay attention to the packaging of the product using an adequate box, to avoid accidental damage, finally you will only have to wait for the authentication to receive your payment immediately.
