How does the return work?
Returns are free only if the item received is different from what was described or shown in the photos. In case of return due to dissatisfaction, the cost will be borne by the buyer. I physically purchased in store, can I return an item?
We do not accept returns for purchases made at our stores. All sales made physically are final.

How does the process of selling my luxury items work?

What happens if my items are not accepted?
If your items do not meet our criteria you will receive a communication from us via email or Whatsapp and we will provide you with instructions for re-evaluating the item or returning it. If the item is found to be non-compliant we will notify you promptly and there will be an Authentication Cost to be paid.
Can I negotiate the price of the offer I receive?
No, it is not possible to negotiate the price of the offer you receive. Our offers are final and not subject to negotiation. The evaluation and the offer you receive are based on objective and professional criteria to ensure a fair and transparent transaction.
What can I do if I am not satisfied with your price offer for my item?
If our offer is lower than your expectations, you can use our concierge service. In this case, we will only retain a small percentage as a commission on the sale. It will still be necessary to send the item for authentication and shooting.
